Meditation to Heal Your Soul

Do you feel stuck in your life?
Constantly reacting to a world of high speed chaos?
Do you find yourself longing for a bit of peace and silence;
searching for meaningful purpose and direction?
Well, you’re right.
The world IS in crisis. Climate change, wars, poverty, disease.
There is no time left to waste chasing someone else’s dreams, someone else’s ideas of right and wrong, what you should do, who you should be.
You’ve incarnated here in your body, at this time, in this location for a reason.
Your highest purpose is to discover that reason.
Maybe the reason is to raise a beautiful strong healthy family.
Maybe it’s to fight pollution and climate change.
Maybe it’s to be a master pianist that inspires thousands and brings tears to listeners.
Only you can know this. Only you can discover this.
Your parents can’t tell you, TV can’t tell you. Instagram can’t tell you.
Look within.
What is your bliss, where do you find passion. What are your strengths. How can you help?
This is not grand. It is simple and direct.
In a way, it’s effortless. It’s what you always have been.
You just have forgotten and ignored it.
You’ve been seduced by the infinite flashing images and emotionally charged symbols of modern media.
That are constantly trying to pull you away from your destiny.
This right here, the words that you’re reading right now, this is the opposite symbol.
It’s telling you to look within.
Find your unique gift, your personal destiny.
And live it.
The world needs you now more than ever.
It needs honest people creating the best life for them and their families and their communities.
The world does not need greed and hate, division and destruction. There is too much of that already.
It needs wholeness and acceptance.
And that starts with you.

Le Sacré Corps Meditation Center
These spiritual window-shoppers,
who idly ask, ‘How much is that?’
Oh, I’m just looking.
They handle a hundred items and put them down,
shadows with no capital.
What is spent is love and two eyes wet with weeping.
But these walk into a shop,
and their whole lives pass suddenly in that moment,
in that shop.
Where did you go? “Nowhere.”
What did you have to eat? “Nothing much.”
Even if you don’t know what you want,
buy something, to be part of the exchanging flow.
Start a huge, foolish project,
like Noah.
It makes absolutely no difference
what people think of you.
